Amplitude Measurments (1/v^2) for the 13 MHz Codar System CDDO

The amplitude vs. time plot seems to be normal except for the time period of time periods of March 14-17 and April 3. The values for the LOOPS in both cases are ~1 and the standard deviation is~0 (Both numbers round up.)
