Sound to Noise Ratio Measurments (dB) for 13 MHz Codar System CDDO

The Signal to Noise Ratio vs. time plot seems to be normal except for the time periods of March 14-17 and April 3. The values for the LOOPS and the MONOPOLE seem excellent since the CDDO System has a ~ 40 dB average value for the SNR, and 30 dB is a good SNR.
