Congratulations to Joe Gradone who successfully completed his PhD!!! His thesis titled “On the dynamics of Caribbean through-flow water mass Transport” provided insights in the transport and heat budget for this critical but under sampled ocean region that is the fuel engine for hurricanes in the western Atlantic. Great work by Joe who found those pesky missing Sverdrups!! Great work Dr. Gradone.
