2026-04-14 14:26:31 GMT rwsadmin (TGU) visited site yesterday and was unable to enter because the padlock would not open, doused in WD-40 but this didnt help, came today with a tamper proof star/torx bit set (needed size TT45) to unscrew the brackets holding the lock bar on the door and was able to gain entry, found message that the Mac OS needed to be re-installed, a restart from the menu solves this issue at least for a while, last time this occurred was April 7 last year, the computer hard disk has 108 GB free space available, saw a mouse in the trailer, but doesnt look like its gotten into the cabinet, checked antenna, swapped out backup disk drive

2026-04-14 14:45:54 GMT rwsadmin (TGU) unplugged modem, waited a minute and then plugged it back in to clear the incorrect IP address for the Mac that was listed in the router interface (192.168.0.163), the connection took a few minutes to re-establish but it is connected now and router is using the correct IP for the Mac
