2025-12-17 17:07:15 GMT rwsadmin (TGU) on site with contractor and surveyor, power was on but the GFCI had tripped on the outlet so none of my equipment had power, there is something in the air conditioner that Is immediately tripping the GFCI, will have to repair or replace, after seeing internal wiring on the HVAC, contractor determined that a relay will be needed to set up controls

The first part of this outage was due to a solar power outage but then a ground fault circuit interrupter tripped the power outlet when power was restored. The majority of outage was due to the tripped outlet. We only had one outlet available so all equipment including the air conditioner was plugged into it. The cause of the outlet trip is a problem within the air conditioning unit. It could not be plugged again without tripping immediately. Another working outlet has been added so there is one for the AC and one for everything else. I will look into repairing or replacing the AC.
