kids_1.jpg Classroom under the Atlantic Ocean. The folks at Rutgers Marine and Coastal Sciences have built a special website for you and your teachers so that you can join the scientists in the COOLroom as they explore the waters off New Jersey.

kids_2.jpgThe New COOL Classroom is a series of Internet-based instructional modules that link middle and high school classrooms with active research investigations at the Rutgers IMCS COOLroom, a collaboration of oceanographers studying the coastal ocean off the coast of New Jersey.
COSEENOWCOSEE NOW is comprised of several institutional partners who are using real time information from ocean observing systems to enhance public understanding of the ocean. By facilitating online communications between educators and scientists about the use of ocean observatory data in education, COSEE NOW maximizes these collaborations to produce quality education and public outreach opportunities and media presentations.
