Research Interests:
My current research consists of analyzing data from the LaTTE 2006 experiments. I am looking at how wind and buoyant forcing affect the Hudson River plume and the resultant buoyant coastal current. Future research interests include comparing LaTTE data from 2004-2005 to the 2006 data to look for similar events, looking more in-depth at the Hudson River Valley currents, and modeling. Past research includes tidal currents in salt marsh creeks in South Carolina and tidal currents and particle transport in the Pee Dee River, South Carolina.
