HOBI Labs is located in Tucson, Arizona, and was founded with a dual vision of creating the first private, for-profit marine research institute in the U.S. as well as a company that provides the aquatic-optics research community with innovative, robust and scientifically accurate instrumentation not available anywhere else. HOBI Labs is also a private marine research laboratory that conducts basic and applied research on a wide range of problems in aquatic optics.
